Brett jumped down to the crowd for a song

I saw them for the first time tonight and it was incredible! Summersonic Osaka in Japan. Suede finished playing around 8.30, whizzed through their playlist, went far too quickly for me.

It was a very long day, i stood through five other bands b4 it was suede's turn, we had to fight fight to get to the front, but it was worth it, i had only two little japanese girls in front of me! :) I met up with Jun, she's lovely, and I went with Paula, my aussie friend, but Paula stood a little behind with Jason and James, two very cool american boys and pointed to me so brett would look at me, they yelled things like 'this is KT, she wants to have your babies' IT WAS INCREDIBLE!

Couldn't write a set list, because I was two people from the front barrier, and in serious danger of getting squeezed out of my position by girls smaller than me! The crowd was insane, jumping and screaming, and with Brett egging them on, it got painful, literally, I don't think my toenails will ever be the same again.

Brett was in fine form, smiling like an angel, arms flung wide, soaking up the adoration, then whipping us into another frenzy with his microphone twirling and hip-shaking.

I'm not much of a critic, I think they sounded incredible, the new stuff as well.

I had taken a few SIS things, a fanzine or two to get signed, you know, just in case, but that didn't happen. I met two great Japanese girls through Suede, and posed for pics with them, holding some of the SIS stuff, I had one Finnish guy beg me to sell them to him, asking if I was the SIS representative, I had to turn him down.

I was a terrible screamy fangurl, probably frightened them, but i was the only blonde in the place, probably the only foreign face he could see in the crowd (at least that's what i hope) i reached for him every chance i could get, i think i frightened some of the crazier japanese fans.

and they were CRAZY! jumping for louder songs, pushing and nearly toppling me even though i was bigger. my right toenail may never be the same, it's VERY tender from getting stomped on!

the playlist, they handed them out at the end of the boys set, but i couldn't get one, they got torn to shreds as it was!! and i didn't think to ask any of them to let me write it down, i was too crazed and excited to think!! then my three friends started giving me crap about being so obsessed with brett, and suggested I should go round to the back and try and find their bus!! so I ran about like a silly thing, more to entertain them, but was still so excited and buzzing, then suddenly i turn a corner, and there is a bus, i could see into the back of it, and IT WAS THEM!!!!!!!

I ran to the side, absolutely frantic, snapped one pic, but got in trouble for that, the boys had pizza, but they didn't look out the windows or wave or anything :(

Then the bus started moving, I tried to keep up, but nearly passed out, I just couldn't keep going, though I wanted to so badly! then my camera wouldn't snap, slow battery, so I guess I only got a pic of the back of the bus! there were no cameras allowed in the place, so I didn't bother, I was too excited anyway!

It seems like they just flew by, the boys played for an hour and a half, we screamed them into one encore, but that was all, it was amazing.

He jumped down to the crowd for a song, I can't even remember what it was now, I reached forward desperately, frantically to try and touch his hand, but i just wasn't reaching low enough, the girls in front of me were just too short!! :)

He kept throwing bottles of water into the crowd, none of them came near me :) he tried to kick a few, didn't do too well!!

During everything will flow, he did this eastern dancing, arms and hips *drools* I tried to follow, no one else was doing it, I just *know* he looked at me!

Now I'm coming down from the high, it wasn't an anti climax, but now I wanna go see them again!
