Hanover Grand, January 27th 1996. Who is this? Many of you wondered when he appeared on stage with Suede for the very first time. From then on, we learned to know this multi-talented keyboard player; who asserted himself smoothly into Suede and contributed so much for the band's music all through his years with them. Neil Codling.

As unexpected as his entrance to the band, on March 24th 2001 an announcement shook Suedeworld: Neil left Suede. Many tears, many ponderings, but after all, this is for his own good. He needs the rest to get healthy again.

So if you're reading this, Neil, be sure that you have the full support and best wishes from all of us - your fans. And this is a tribute for you.
