Being the best band in the world has it's own risk: many bad rumours and untrue facts about you will suddenly appear, spread by no other than people who envy your success. However I think it's very unreasonable to cast aspersions on Suede! The worst thing is, some silly thoughts about the band are really believed by people - especially those who aren't true fans. Here are the top three myths that are absolutely untrue, and widely believed....

suede is a boy band
This is the most ridiculous one. Some people believe that Suede use their looks more than their musical skills to sell records! Who thinks like this? Not a true fan, and certainly not a music expert. Some male fans even acuse female fans to like Suede only for their looks. Well, lads, remember that we have a term for that kind of girls: groupies. Or anything, but please don't call them "fans". There ARE girls who understands good music, you know. Let's not make Suede's good looks a boomerang for the band... have a bit respect and be proud that our idols aren't ugly!
neil is a pin-up boy
Similar problem, but do you notice that poor Neil has most of this pin-up thing? I appreciate his song-writing skill, I think he's a great keyboardist and I like his vocals, so please start to regard him as a great musician (he is!). Why should his looks outshine these qualities? I don't deny the fact that he's good looking, but please stop drooling on him instead of listening to his masterpieces!
brett is a bisexual man
"I'm a bisexual who had never have a homosexual experience." This line, Brett himself uttered to Details, started it all. All he wanted was a bit of controversy, and that's what he got... only a bit out of hand. If people would pay attention closely to the second phrase, no misunderstanding should occur in the first place.
